Tom Leibowitz has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Tom started their career at Kaiser Permanente in 2003 as an Actuary and worked there until February 2011. In 2011, they joined Delta Dental Insurance as a Chief Actuary and held that role until September 2022. Tom then transitioned to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Actuarial Officer at Delta Dental.
Tom Leibowitz earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut, completing their studies between 1984 and 1991.
