Karthik Arunachalam

Karthik Arunachalam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency, corporate sustainability, and business development across various regions including East Asia and Southeast Asia. Currently serving as Principal ESG Business Architect at Delta Electronics since January 2025, Karthik previously held multiple roles at Schneider Electric, where significant achievements included leading business growth to an order intake of S$2 million and managing decarbonization projects. Prior to Schneider Electric, Karthik managed client services for The Carbon Trust and worked in consultancy roles at ACTSYS Process Management Consultants and DNV GL, focusing on energy performance and efficiency. Karthik's early career included positions at Enterprise Singapore, where initiatives to foster advanced manufacturing were led, and a role in product development at OrganoClick AB. Karthik holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Imperial College London and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
