Michael Huang

Michael Huang is an experienced IT Enterprise Architect Lead at Delta Electronics since March 2017, focusing on creating documentable and discussable architecture, risk reduction in key projects, and promoting an enterprise architecture culture. Prior roles include ITBSSD Lead and IT PMO Lead, managing teams and overseeing project execution for back-office and cross-region systems. Previously, Michael served as IT Director at 104 Corporation, leading IT teams in achieving goals and managing cloud computing services, and held several positions at GIGAMEDIA, including ITG Director and PMO Manager, where responsibilities ranged from project management to software development. Michael holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Soochow University.
