Barend de Lange

Barend de Lange is an experienced professional in information security and technology management, having served as CISO at DELTA Fiber from February 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing security and business continuity for the organization and its datacenters. Prior to this role, Barend held multiple positions at DELTA Fiber, including vulnerability management within the NOC/SOC. In the political realm, Barend was the fractievoorzitter van een landelijke politieke partij in Vlissingen and served as a member of the municipal council from October 2013 to December 2015. Earlier career experiences include serving as Manager MIS & System Administration at Lighting Partner b.v., and engaging in software development and teaching roles during academic studies.
