Heather Reid Valentin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Heather started their career as an Assistant Designer at Natori in 2005, where they were responsible for creating seasonal display boards and sourcing fabrications. Heather then moved on to Delta Galil as a Senior Designer and Merchandiser, managing design teams, developing new collections, and collaborating with overseas vendors. In 2011, Heather joined Maidenform as a Merchandise Manager, where they played a crucial role in designing and developing new collections for brands like Jennifer Lopez Intimates and Maidenform/ Core Brands. Heather later became a Design Director at Delta Galil Industries in 2013 and eventually a Design Manager at Basic Resources, Inc. in 2019. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated strong design skills, management capabilities, and the ability to oversee the entire production process.

Heather Reid Valentin attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Fashion Design with a specialization in Intimate Apparel.
