Ray Kawolics

Ray Kawolics is a design engineer with over 20 years of experience in consumer products, manufacturing, food service, and die cast industries. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Research Engineer at Delta Systems, Inc. since April 2015, Ray is responsible for the mechanical design and development of new products. Prior experience includes significant roles such as Senior Design Engineer at TTI Floor Care North America, focusing on electromechanical consumer products, and Product Designer at DAD Engineering Group, where Ray managed engineering projects utilizing Pro/E software. Additional positions include Project Manager at Edge Right Tools and Manager of the CNC Department at Halex Die Cast Co. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College.
