Todd Burns has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Todd started their career as a Customer Support Representative at Paragon Direct in 1992 and later became an Account Executive at Doral Dental in 1998. From 2002 to 2005, Todd served as the Director of Business Development at Tangram, Inc. Todd then moved on to become the Director of Development at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2005 to 2011. Following that, they joined Northern Illinois University as the Director of Development for the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology from 2011 to 2018. Todd is currently with the Delta Waterfowl Foundation, where they have held multiple roles including Development Director - Midwest from 2019 to 2022, Senior Development Director of Planned Giving from May 2022 to November 2022, and currently serves as the Vice President of Major Gifts.

Todd Burns completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Winona State University between 1990 and 1995. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master's Degree in Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
