REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Education – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, banking, data analytics, process improvement etc.
• Energised by the fast moving and dynamic nature of an entrepreneurial environment and takes change in his/her stride.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Team player with a co-operative approach to team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
