Esa Jokioinen

Esa Jokioinen has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles in the maritime industry. Esa currently serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Deltamarin. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kongsberg Maritime. Prior to that, they worked at Rolls-Royce as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ship Intelligence products and services. Esa also held the role of Head of Blue Ocean Team at Rolls-Royce. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Esa had various managerial positions at Deltamarin, including Manager of Concept & Development, Development Manager of Mechanical Engineering, Manager of Consulting and R&D Services, and Project Engineer in R&D Services. Esa began their career as a Design Engineer at Kvaerner Masa-Yards.

Esa Jokioinen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology from 1997 to 2003. Later on, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Specialist Qualification in Management with a focus on Operative Engineering Management at Jyväskylän Aikuisopisto.
