Craig Allan has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at Maximus Canada since December 2020, Craig also holds the position of Director of New Business Development at David Allan / Phoenix Associates since March 2013. Previous roles include Location Manager at Hertz, Store Manager at Glentel – Wireless Wave, and Retail Store Manager at Sony of Canada Ltd., where Craig consistently drove sales growth. Earlier career experiences include positions at B.C. Ferry Corporation, Accent Inns, and The Olde England Inn, where Craig managed operations, trained teams, and engaged in customer relations. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction in Psychology from the University of Victoria.

In British Columbia, Maximus Canada administers two of the Province's most important health care programs: the Medical Services Plan and PharmaCare. We provide employment services through WorkBC offices in five jurisdictions in the province. Our Service BC Contact Centre provides information and referral services for residents, and is the recipient of the 2019 Service to the Citizen award. In Ontario, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit Program on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Most recently, Maximus Canada supported the Federal government through our Elections Canada Contact Centre. In Prince Edward Island, our Deltaware Division is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning application teams. Deltaware Division produces Medigent®, a world-class suite of healthcare software used in nine of the 13 provinces and territories in Canada.
