Jian Zhu is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience across multiple companies, currently serving as a front-end developer on the ENMOC Project at Maximus Canada since March 2021. Prior roles include software development for RForm at Thinking Big Inc., where effort was split between maintenance and new development, and serving as CTO and Principal Software Engineer at Beijing Kunyi Culture Industrial Development Co. Ltd., where significant contributions were made in creating a system for short-video websites. Jian Zhu has also held leadership positions as a Principal Software Engineer at Union Mobile Financial Technology, where a REST API for cross-border payments was designed, and has worked in various capacities at Ericsson, AsiaInfo Inc., and Beijing Rayoo Tech Company. Jian Zhu holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from San Francisco Bay University, as well as Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Software Technology from Tsinghua University and Flight Control Engineering from Air Force Engineering University.

In Ontario, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit Program on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Most recently, Maximus Canada supported the Federal government through our Elections Canada Contact Centre. In Prince Edward Island, our Deltaware Division is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning application teams. Deltaware Division produces Medigent®, a world-class suite of healthcare software used in nine of the 13 provinces and territories in Canada.
