Nicole Zack is an accomplished professional in human resources and information systems, currently serving as Manager of HRIS and Compensation at Maximus Canada since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at Golden Life Management and various positions at MAXIMUS Canada, where Nicole honed expertise in HRIS analysis and project coordination. A solid foundation in human resources began at Tarpon Energy Services Ltd. with positions focused on administration and payroll. Our Service BC Contact Centre provides information and referral services for residents, and is the recipient of the 2019 Service to the Citizen award. In Ontario, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit Program on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Most recently, Maximus Canada supported the Federal government through our Elections Canada Contact Centre. In Prince Edward Island, our Deltaware Division is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning application teams. Deltaware Division produces Medigent®, a world-class suite of healthcare software used in nine of the 13 provinces and territories in Canada.
