Richa Parmar is a Customer Service Representative at Maximus Canada since January 2022, responsible for responding to citizen inquiries, managing interactions with callers and clients, performing data entry, and assisting clients in need. In Ontario, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit Program on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Most recently, Maximus Canada supported the Federal government through our Elections Canada Contact Centre. In Prince Edward Island, our Deltaware Division is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning application teams. Deltaware Division produces Medigent®, a world-class suite of healthcare software used in nine of the 13 provinces and territories in Canada.
