Victor Kaidatzis is an experienced IT professional with nearly 20 years in the industry, currently serving as Project Manager at MAXIMUS Canada since December 2018 and as CIO at Resilient View since January 2016. At Resilient View, Victor has played a key role in developing a market-leading SaaS solution focused on Business, Cyber, and Supply Chain Resilience, including the creation of a Business Continuity Management System and an Information Security Management System. Previously, Victor held the position of Director of IT at Euronav NV, where responsibility included establishing the IT department for the dual-listed IPO company with over 3000 employees. Additional experience includes roles as IT Manager and IT Engineer at Strategic Dataworks and Woolworths Corporate, respectively, as well as Operations Manager at Oasis Construction. Victor holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a degree from the University of South Africa.

We provide employment services through WorkBC offices in five jurisdictions in the province. Our Service BC Contact Centre provides information and referral services for residents, and is the recipient of the 2019 Service to the Citizen award. In Ontario, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit Program on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Most recently, Maximus Canada supported the Federal government through our Elections Canada Contact Centre. In Prince Edward Island, our Deltaware Division is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning application teams. Deltaware Division produces Medigent®, a world-class suite of healthcare software used in nine of the 13 provinces and territories in Canada.
