Wendy Ooms is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in various roles, including a current position as a Customer Service Specialist at Maximus Canada since March 2021. Our Service BC Contact Centre provides information and referral services for residents, and is the recipient of the 2019 Service to the Citizen award. In Ontario, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit Program on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Most recently, Maximus Canada supported the Federal government through our Elections Canada Contact Centre. In Prince Edward Island, our Deltaware Division is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning application teams. Deltaware Division produces Medigent®, a world-class suite of healthcare software used in nine of the 13 provinces and territories in Canada.
