Ahmed Lotfy

Ahmed Lotfy is an accomplished principal Cloud Site Reliability Engineer currently employed at Deltek since August 2022, previously serving as a Technical Consultant at Amazon Web Services from January 2022 to August 2022. Lotfy has extensive experience, having held senior roles at Deltek and RSI, as well as a Site Reliability Engineer position at SambaSafety, where responsibilities included CI/CD processes, database performance tuning, and deployment automation. Lotfy has a strong background in customer support and technical account management, having worked at Retail Pro International and various roles in support and training across companies such as HSBC and Advanced Computer Technology.
