Damodharan Jayaramu

Damodharan Jayaramu has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and information technology consulting. Damodharan currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Deltek, a global provider of enterprise software and information solutions. Prior to this, they also served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Replicon, a product SaaS company. Before transitioning to talent acquisition roles, Damodharan worked as an Account Manager at Client Engage. Damodharan also has experience as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at The Adecco Group and Quess IT Staffing. In addition, Damodharan worked as a Team Lead Recruitment at Orcapod, where they focused on talent supply chain services and strategic HR solutions.

Damodharan Jayaramu completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications with a focus on Computer Science from Periyar University in 2011. In 2013, they joined Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2015. Additionally, they acquired a certification in C, C++, and C# Language from NIIT in April 2011.
