Kate Thacker

Kate Thacker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounts payable and financial systems analysis. Currently serving as a Manager of Financial Systems and Principal Finance Specialist at Deltek since February 2020, Kate is instrumental in supporting the implementation of GEP Smart, a new Procure to Pay tool for a global user base. Previously, Kate held roles at Strayer University as Accounts Payable Lead, where responsibilities included centralizing purchasing and auditing T&E expense reports. At AOL, Kate oversaw accounts payable processing and served as an escalation point for the outsourcing team. Additionally, Kate worked as an Accounting Assistant at Team Velocity, Inc., managing the full cycle accounts payable process. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Hood College.
