Lisa Rabideau

Lisa Rabideau serves as the Senior Director of Product Strategy at Deltek, where expertise spans over two decades. Key contributions include the creation of a Product Management Team and an Automation Solution, along with the leadership of an internal user experience project that modernized career competencies in Product Management and User Experience. Rabideau advanced user collaboration by spearheading user research and establishing the first UX Lab at Deltek Insight. Previous roles at Deltek have involved building a discipline in Business Analysis, leading design and training initiatives, and providing consulting support to numerous clients. Rabideau’s educational background includes studies at UC Berkeley Executive Leadership Academy, Bentley University, and University of Massachusetts Lowell, culminating in degrees in Computer Information Systems and Finance.
