Thea Vaflor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Managing Director and General Manager for Philippine Operations at Deltek since August 2013. With a strong background in the technology and financial sectors, Thea has held key positions such as Chairman of the Board at HRSmart Philippines and Global Support Manager at Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included overseeing critical support operations for advanced trading solutions. Additional leadership roles in various organizations such as ICT Group, Convergys, SITEL, HTMT, and HSBC highlight a robust career spanning over two decades. Thea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University and completed the Asia Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2012.
