Kimiya Mammadova

Kimiya Mammadova is an experienced customer service and quality control professional with a diverse background in the aviation and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Service Associate/PPS Coordinator at Singapore Airlines since June 2019, Kimiya has also held positions as a Quality Control specialist in the subtitling industry for Deluxe Entertainment Services Group and a USA Sales Consultant for LT Scientific. Additionally, Kimiya has been a member of the Board of Directors for the California Azerbaijan Friendship Association since December 2017 and previously worked as a Senior Ticketing Agent, Internal Auditor, GDS Trainer, and Ticketing Agent for British Airways. Kimiya earned a Master's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Azerbaijan State University of Languages between 1992 and 1997.
