McKayla Barber

McKayla Barber is a Senior Industrial Designer at Delve, a position held since May 2021, previously serving as an Industrial Designer. McKayla co-founded Women in Industrial Design Chicago in November 2018, a non-profit organization aimed at empowering female industrial designers and addressing gender gaps in the industry through community building and regular meetups. Prior experience includes roles as an Industrial Designer and Design Strategist at Beyond Design, Inc. from June 2018 to May 2021, and an Industrial Design extern and intern at Electronic Theatre Controls from May 2017 to December 2017. McKayla holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Purdue University, which was completed in 2018, and has also studied abroad in Copenhagen.
