Prasad Reddy

Prasad Reddy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and Human Resources. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of IT & HR at both PreludeSys and DemandBlue since February 2021, Prasad has a robust background that includes a role as Country Manager at Greenergy from November 2018 to February 2021, overseeing operations and compliance. Prior to that, Prasad held the position of Sr. Manager of HR, IT, and Administration at PreludeSys India Limited from August 2007 to November 2018, where responsibilities included building teams and developing processes. Prasad began a career at Healthsoft India Pvt Ltd as Head of IT, contributing significantly as one of the first employees. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University.
