Marc Stalder

Partner at the Real Estate Area of Demarest, Marc Stalder is an LL.M. student in Real Estate Law at University of Illinois, in Chicago John Marshall Law School, concluded a postgraduate course in Registration Law from PUC-MG, in Business Law from FMU and a bachelor’s degree in Law from FMU. Mr. Stalder has over 15 years of experience in structuring different types of real estate developments, as well as in the preparation and review of drafts and negotiations for acquisition of lands and selling of units. Mr. Stalder has worked on negotiations and development, including legal advice after-delivery, of more than 100 real estate developments, including distribution centers; real estate developments of several uses, of social interest, consortium transactions, infrastructure projects, built to suit and sale leaseback in several different States. He is a teacher of short-time and specialization courses related to real estate contracts, real estate litigation, Notary and Registration Law.
