Shawn Szelag has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. Shawn started their career at Waste Management in 1986, where they held the position of IT Manager - Mideast Area. There, they managed projects and implemented key initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives, while also supervising and scheduling activities of the Mideast Area Systems Department. In 1998, they joined Angelo Iafrate Construction as an IS Manager before moving on to DeMaria in 2000. At DeMaria, Shawn served as the IT Manager, being responsible for strategic planning, day-to-day management of infrastructure, and providing leadership and support to employees utilizing technology. In 2013, they were promoted to the position of Director of Information Technology at DeMaria.
Shawn Szelag obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business from Walsh College. The duration and specific start and end years for this degree were not provided. Following this, Shawn pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology at Walsh College from 2003 to 2006.
