Tom LaMay is an experienced Senior Project Superintendent with over two decades of expertise at DeMaria, beginning in July 2000 and continuing to the present. Notable projects include the removal and replacement of boilers at the Marion, IN VA, the addition of geothermal wells and heat pumps to five buildings, and an eleven-story complete renovation of UM Weiser Hall. Tom LaMay has also overseen the installation of a tri-generation plant featuring a wood chip gasifier, absorption chiller, and steam turbine, along with energy upgrades at GM Powertrain and various wastewater upgrades. Following retirement from November 2020 to November 2021, Tom LaMay holds educational credentials from Wayne State University, where studies took place from 1972 to 1973.
