Alexandros Perrakis is a highly experienced marine professional currently serving as the Vessel Manager of the Fallpipe Vessels Fleet at DEME Group since November 2018. With a background that includes roles as Technical Superintendent and Project Engineer, Alexandros has expertise in managing various types of DP2 and DP3 vessels, involved in activities such as rock installation, offshore drilling, and geotechnical site investigations. Previous experience includes positions at Consolidated Marine Management Inc., where Alexandros held roles as Technical & Electrical Superintendent and Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor, and began a career as a Trainee Engineer and Engineer Cadet. Alexandros holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a B.Sc in Automation Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Chalkida, alongside initial technical training as a Wheeled Vehicles Electrician in the Hellenic Army.
