Ben Crossley is an experienced senior contract management professional with a robust background in engineering and procurement across various high-value industries. Since November 2020, Ben has been serving as a Senior Contract Manager at DEME Group, overseeing supplier negotiations for the Dogger Bank ABC 3GW Offshore Wind Farm project. Previously, Ben held key roles including Senior Group Expert Contract Management at Borealis, where responsibilities included leading contracting strategies for a multi-billion dollar polyethylene cracker project in Kazakhstan. Ben's extensive experience also includes managing contracts for significant refinery upgrades at Singapore Refining Company, contract advisory roles at ExxonMobil, and claims engineering at Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd.
