Currently serving as a Consolidation Officer at DEME Group since October 2022, Carole previously held the position of Consolidation Manager at Proximus from June 2021 to October 2022. Carole’s career at Deloitte France spanned from September 2015 to October 2022, where roles included Manager, Senior Auditor, and Junior Auditor, along with an 18-month internal assignment. An early career included a position as a Senior Auditor at AG Insurance and as a Front Office staff member at Club Med. Carole's educational background includes three Master’s Degrees from KU Leuven in Applied Economics, Management, and Kinesiology, obtained between 2008 and 2014.
