Fen De Brabander is a project engineer at DEME Group since September 2023, having previously served as a trainee project engineer with the company in August 2022, focusing on the reinforcement of the Joannes Couvert quay and associated dredging works. In July 2021, Fen gained experience as a trainee superintendent during the deepening and widening of the Świnoujście – Szczecin fairway. Academically, Fen completed a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a major in Dredging and Offshore Engineering from Ghent University in 2023, following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution in 2021, and earlier education at Sint-Franciscus Xaveriusinstituut.
