Francisco Nunes Pereira is an accomplished Offshore Project Engineer currently engaged with the Hinkley Point C Project at DEME Group since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Gas and Power Operations Officer at Energy One Limited from July to October 2023, and completing an ERASMUS+ Master’s Thesis Internship at SINTEF, where focus was on establishing a laboratory-scale test rig for electrochemical conversion of Kraft lignin. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Gintegral, S.A., where potential for crop substrate production was evaluated, along with various roles in customer service and logistics. Francisco holds an Integrated Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and participated in mobility programs at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and Universidade de Coimbra.
