Jorgen Van Bael is a seasoned project manager and works manager with extensive experience in the maritime and offshore sectors. Currently employed at DEME Group since June 2020, Jorgen has previously held various engineering and managerial roles, including at Tideway Offshore Solutions from April 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing projects such as the West of Duddon Sands remedial rock dump and the Galloper Offshore wind farm. Prior to that, positions at DEME Group and De Vries & van de Wiel involved significant projects including the Pacific entrance widening in Panama and multiple dredging initiatives across Africa and Europe. Jorgen obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven between 2007 and 2012.
