Luis Gabriel Alessio dos Santos is an accomplished Design Engineer currently working at DEME Group since April 2018. With prior experience as a Sailboat Designer during an internship at Southampton Solent University, Luis contributed to the design of a modern replica of a classic sailboat. Earlier, an internship at ZF Friedrichshafen allowed Luis to gain valuable project management skills, leading to significant cost savings and improved efficiency in engineering processes. Luis holds a Master's Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from both Centrale Nantes and the University of Liège, as well as a degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
