Nico De Schryver has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Nico started their career in 1980 as a Human Resources Officer at UZ Brussel and then moved on to Mondelēz International as a National Payroll & Compensation Manager. In 2000, they joined ING Belgium as a Manager of Compensation & Benefits and International Assignments. Nico later became the Head of Human Resources at ING Luxembourg and then took on roles as a Senior Programme & Change Manager and Head of International Assignment Centre at ING. After that, they worked at L'Oréal as a Rewards & Social Relations Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Group Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and HR Shared Service Center at DEME Group.

Nico De Schryver has pursued education in various fields throughout their career. Nico completed a program in Business Strategy for HR Leaders at INSEAD. Additionally, they took a course in Finance for Non Financials at Vlerick Business School. Prior to this, Nico De Schryver obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Leuven.
