Before joining DEME Group, Tess worked as an HR KMO Consultant at Randstad from September 2018 to March 2022. Tess holds a Master's degree in Educational and Instructional Sciences from the University of Antwerp, obtained from 2016 to 2018, as well as a Professional Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, completed from 2012 to 2016.
