Swati D is a Full-stack Developer at DemocracyLab since September 2022, possessing a diverse background in software engineering and a strong educational foundation in computer science. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at CMC LTD from June 2008 to June 2011. Swati D holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed between June 2009 and July 2011, and has further enhanced technical skills through training at Zero To Mastery Academy.

DemocracyLab is a nonprofit organization that has created an open-source platform connecting stakeholders in civic technology. Our initial product seeks to optimize the connection between skilled volunteers and technology projects that advance the public good. Later iterations will focus on the needs of donors, citizens, and institutions. The intended result is that the efficient flow of information and allocation of resources that our platform facilitates will accelerate the evolution of new civic innovations capable of addressing many of society's significant challenges.
