Sheila Harbrige

Sheila Marquart Harbrige, SPHR, SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Denali Universal Services since February 2019, focusing on security management and facility services for the state's critical infrastructure. In addition to this role, Sheila is actively involved in the Northwest Human Resource Management Association and the Anchorage Society for Human Resources Management as a Board member. Previous positions include Senior Director of Human Resources at GCI General Communication, Inc., Chief Human Resources Officer at Starion Bank, and Human Resources Manager at Job Service North Dakota. Sheila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary.
