Gretchen Olsen-Jacobsen

Gretchen Olsen-Jacobsen is an experienced professional in talent management and learning development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Denali Advanced Integration since August 2013. Throughout their tenure, Gretchen has held various positions, including Sr. Manager of People & Systems and Corporate Learning and Development Manager. Additionally, Gretchen has been a Sr. Consultant at Paladin Consulting since April 2011, providing consulting services in learning development, program management, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation. Prior to these roles, Gretchen worked at Microsoft from 1991 to May 2010, where responsibilities included serving as the T&D Diversity Program Manager.
