Tobias Diebold has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles in multinational companies. Tobias is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Dennemeyer since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Dennemeyer, responsible for global business development and marketing activities from February 2018 to July 2022. Before joining Dennemeyer, Tobias was the Managing Director Sales & Products at Spiriant GmbH, where they led worldwide sales, marketing, and business development activities for the global airline industry equipment solutions provider from November 2015 to January 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director and Manager of Business Development at LSG Group, focusing on corporate development and market entry strategies in emerging markets from 2011 to 2015. Tobias also had earlier experience at Lufthansa German Airlines as an Executive Assistant and in the Management Programme ProTeam. Tobias started their professional career at Serviceplan Power of Sales GmbH as an Account Executive.

Tobias Diebold pursued their education with a focus on management and social sciences. In the year 2000, they attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and earned a M.A. degree in Political Science, Sociology, and Psychology, which they completed in 2004. Following this, in 2006, Tobias enrolled in Regent's University London, where they achieved a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Management, concluding their studies in 2007. In 2023, they briefly attended IMD, without completing a degree or specializing in a particular field of study.
