Kevin C Moon has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of HR Business Partners at DENSO since September 2016, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change management. Prior roles include HR Section Leader at DENSO and Director of Human Resources at Trinity International University, overseeing comprehensive HR functions for large employee populations. Kevin's expertise includes developing training programs, implementing HRIS technologies, and enhancing employee relations and engagement strategies. Kevin has also worked as an HR consultant, assisting small businesses in HR strategy and policy development, and has a background in project management from Aon Hewitt.
