Susan McMasters has a robust background in property management, with extensive experience spanning several companies. Currently serving as a Quality Service Inspector and Service Quality Specialist at DENTCO since February 2019, Susan previously held the position of Regional Property Manager at Weingarten Realty Investors from December 2007 to February 2016, overseeing approximately 1.3 million square feet. Prior to that, as a Senior Property Manager at Trident Development from September 2005 to December 2007, Susan managed about 700,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial space. Susan's early career includes positions as a Senior Property Manager at CEAH Realtors, overseeing 600,000 square feet of primarily retail and office properties, and as a Property Manager at The Sanditen Companies, managing over 500,000 square feet of predominantly retail space. Susan's expertise encompasses all phases of property management, leasing, and service quality.
