Walter Hassler

Walter Hassler serves as the CFO for Germany and the DACH region at dentsu since February 2011, where responsibilities include balancing business growth with sustainable margins and overseeing compliance for a diverse workforce of over 3,000 employees. Previous roles include Interim CFO and COO for the DACH region, as well as CFO positions in Switzerland, Austria, and Adriatic Markets at Merkle DACH. Walter Hassler has extensive experience in operational leadership, particularly during the merger of Namics and Isobar/Blue Infinity, which involved implementing a new ERP system. Earlier career highlights include serving as CFO at Isobar Switzerland and COO at JWT, as well as an Audit & Tax Manager at Deloitte. Walter Hassler holds a Master of Arts in Business from IMC Krems University and an MBA from the University of Vienna, along with further studies in Entrepreneurship and Quality Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
