Emily Berglund

Emily Berglund is an experienced professional in wildlife conservation education and team development. Currently serving as the Manager of Team Development & Logistics at the Denver Zoological Foundation, Emily oversees innovative training programs and efficient resource management. Previously, as Education Experience Manager at San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, Emily managed various educational programs and secured funding with a combined budget of nearly $400,000. Emily's background includes teaching 7th grade science at Kansas City Public Schools, where significant improvements in student achievement were achieved, and managing educational programs at institutions such as Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters and Pigeon Key Foundation. Emily holds a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
