Mr. Al Areefi is an assistant vice president of the Portfolio Companies Affairs Department in PIF since 2019. He was previously a member of the budget and performance team and a member of the permanent working team at the Ministry of Finance in 2019. His previous positions include (among others) acting as a senior financial advisor at the Ministry of Finance (from 2018 to 2019) and assistant manager in the transaction advisory services department at EY (from 2015 to 2018). He holds a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University.
