Haitham Tuqan

Mr. Haitham Omar Tuqan was appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Depa Group effective from May 2023.

Haitham has more than 36 years’ experience in the construction industry and is an accomplished, charismatic, and driven leader, determined to implement positive change in large organizations, supported by significant industry experience and a solid academic background. He also has a rare ability to combine strategic understanding and formulation with practical implementation with proven ability to combine strategic vision, operational experience, a process-oriented management approach, and a strong background in contracting with P&L responsibilities to deliver excellent business results in fast-changing environments. Haitham understands people and knows how to motivate them, enabling him to lead some of the best construction organizations in the GCC and successfully develop and implement effective change programs and turnarounds, creating rapid and profitable growth, gaining competitive advantages throughout the construction, fit-out, and retail sectors.
