Jayme Mitheo is an experienced professional in the field of education and training. Currently serving as Lead Training Specialist at BHP since April 2021, Jayme leads a training team focused on delivering quality learning and development initiatives, including creating training plans, conducting training needs analyses, and improving course packages. Previous experience includes working as a Specialist Trainer, where Jayme developed course packages and facilitated new training programs. Additionally, Jayme holds a long-standing role as Senior Teacher and Teacher at the Department of Education in Western Australia since November 2008. Educated at Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Education and holding certifications in training and assessment from Trainwest and rail network control from TIC, Jayme also actively engages in mentoring, recruitment, and diversity projects.
