Yasmin Yacoby

Yasmin Yacoby serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of Energy Justice and Equity at the U.S. Department of Energy, contributing to initiatives focused on energy justice and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA). Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Analyst in the Office of Economic Impact & Diversity at DOE and as Energy Justice Program Manager for the State of Rhode Island. Yacoby has also been a Fellow with Govern for America and is currently a Board Member and Shaper with the Global Shapers Community. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Public Policy and Theatre, Dance, and Media from Harvard University, along with studies at the School for International Training and Yale University Summer Session.
