Amber Jordan

Amber Jordan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and regulatory roles within various health and transport sectors. Currently serving as the Manager for Food Safety, Tobacco & e-Cigarettes at the Victorian Department of Health since February 2022, Amber has previously held positions including A/g Manager for Child Safety Regulation and Principal Project Officer in the same department. Prior to this, Amber was the Manager of Market Operations at the Essential Services Commission. Amber's career began in 2006 and includes significant roles at the Department of Health & Human Services, Transport Certification Australia, and the Department of Transport, where Amber focused on regulatory improvement and accreditation processes. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Music from Southern Cross University and a Graduate Diploma of Professional Political Practice from Deakin University.
