Carole D'Apote

Carole D'Apote is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at the Victorian Department of Health since June 2022 and as a Senior Change and Communication Specialist at the Department of Education & Training, Victoria since March 2016, Carole has a strong background in organizational change and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include Senior Program Officer at the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership, Program Communications Manager at Federation Centres, and Communications Manager at Incitec Pivot, where Carole managed corporate communications for a global LEAN implementation. With a solid foundation in communications gained through a Master of Arts from RMIT University and a PROSCI Accreditation, Carole has contributed to various high-profile projects, enhancing communication strategies across multiple sectors.
