Dominic D'Souza

Dominic D'Souza is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in business management and finance within the public sector. Currently serving as Business Manager at the Victorian Department of Health since April 2021, Dominic leads strategic financial operations in the Public Health Division and the COVID Program branch, managing a portfolio of approximately $600 million, providing budget management, funding submissions, and management reporting.
